Behind the Scenes: From Pallet to Your Doorstep

A lot happens before an item earns a spot in our store. Here's the honest, unglamorous journey of a liquidation pallet through our warehouse.
Buying the pallet
We buy manifested and unmanifested pallets from liquidation marketplaces — mostly customer returns and overstock. A manifest tells us roughly what's inside, but the real story only emerges when we open it up.
Sorting and inspection
Every single item is unpacked, inspected, and tested. Electronics get powered on, sets get counted, and anything broken or incomplete beyond honest use is pulled out. Roughly speaking, pallets contain a mix of near-perfect items, solid used items, and a slice that never makes it to the store at all.
Photography and listing
We photograph the actual item you'll receive whenever condition matters, write the condition notes, and set a price against the item's current retail compare-at price. What you see on the product page is what's sitting on our shelf.
Packing and shipping
Orders are packed by our own small team — no third-party fulfillment — and ship within 2–3 business days. Orders over $75 ship free. From a mixed pallet in a warehouse to a well-packed box at your door: that's the whole business.
