- How do I know an item's condition before buying?
- Every product page shows a condition badge (New, Like new, Used – good, or Used – acceptable) and the description calls out any notable wear or missing accessories.
- What if an item sells out?
- Our stock is finite — once quantity hits zero the listing is marked Sold out automatically. Because items come from liquidation pallets, we usually can't restock the exact same item.
- How fast do you ship?
- Orders are packed and shipped by our small team, typically within 2–3 business days of payment. See our shipping policy for full details.
- Can I return an item?
- Yes, within the window described in our refund & returns policy. Because this is clearance stock, please review the condition notes carefully before ordering.
