These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Ventara ONE website and your purchase of products from us. By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these Terms.

Who we are

Ventara ONE sells owned liquidation and clearance inventory that we purchase as pallets, take physical possession of, and ship ourselves. We are not a marketplace or dropshipper — every item listed is stock we hold.

Products and inventory

Because our inventory comes from liquidation and clearance pallets, quantities are limited and finite. Listings show the real quantity on hand; once an item's quantity reaches zero it is marked "Sold out" and may not be restocked. Item condition (New, Like new, Used – good, or Used – acceptable) is disclosed on every product page — please review it before ordering.

Orders and payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full card details. An order is confirmed once payment is successfully captured; you will receive an email confirmation with your order number.

Pricing and errors

We make reasonable efforts to ensure prices and descriptions are accurate. If a pricing or listing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ventara ONE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or purchase of products.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
